A few bug fixes for making it compatible with IE7

Fixed an issue in the 6.x-1.6 release that would keep javascript from working on some sites that use clean urls.

Updated for Drupal 6. Insert Block is no longer a pseudo filter module (using hook_nodeapi). Anyone upgrading will want to ensure they run update.php and enable the Insert Block filter in at least one input format. Additionally, all input formats that use the Insert Block filter will have caching disabled. To prevent performance issues, it is recommended to _not_ apply the Insert Block filter to a site's default input format, and to instead create a special input format for Insert Block.

Due to some rather silly bugs that I missed in RC1, I'm releasing another RC a little sooner (with less user feedback) than I had hoped.

Please give this a try and as usual, report any bugs found.

Note: New to this release is the "Authors" page 'biblio/authors' which lists all the authors in the database followed by the number of publications by each author in parenthesis. If you are the admin user, or have 'administer biblio' privileges, then an [edit] link will also follow each author name which will allow you to edit the details of each author.
