Removed the packaging information form the .info file and fixed bug #302215

First DRUPAL-6 branch release candidate.

Too many features to list but i will note the important ones:
1) supports upgrade path from D5
2) supports user blocking
3) supports threaded discussions
4) allows you to tag your messages and filter messages by tags (in drupal 5 this used to be called 'folders')

many many other things were improved and included...

Initial port to Drupal 6 compatibility. No known bugs, but this version has not been tested by the community yet. Please test and file issues here for bugs.

Be sure to download beta 2, not beta 1. Beta 1 had a critical bug in the logging feature.

Note that this version does include the patch for bug #173855.

Adding in administration form and corresponding module/js changes to make the module work universally with themes.

First production release for Drupal 6.
