Hotfix for #1897718: Buttons Missing

The Drupal integration is working, but isn't stable. It isn't completely documented either.

In the example_content folder there is a h5p file that can be used to try out this module.

Introduces HTTP API integration.

Now there is a new option within the admin/settings/amqp page that allows a user to configure an HTTP url for publishing.

This appears to be faster than instantiating the (several) AMQP* classes in order to send a message to an AMQP message queue.
