Fixed #1352504, bad parameter to call_user_func_array() with newer PHP versions. The hotfix proposed in the issue was close, but not exactly what I ended up using. Also fixed a cosmetic issue where the default section had an extra colon at the end of its title because there was no section name; this incidentally cleaned up another warning with newer PHP versions.

This is a recommended update for all users of the Drupal 6 version.

This release incorporates the test feature requested in #363809, and fixes some bugs with submit handling for the administrative form.

Since this module interfaces with automated processes in cron, you are advised to test carefully in your environment to make sure the upgrade doesn't break anything.

Simple bug fix (#2066419: Fix module name and missing variable declaration in linebreaks.js), and this release is in line with other branches (7.x/8.x).
