New release including changes from Issue #2322851: Add title attribute to iFrame - Port patch to version 6: adding title attribute to the iFrame. Patch from fullerja ported to Drupal 6. Thanks for the patch!

Fixes the following issues:

• #2315505: Undefined variable $redirect_list
• Fixed coding standard issues.

• Issue #2071205 by daggerhart: Fixed Fragments and variables in original urls do not exist after redirect.
• Issue #2071225 by daggerhart: Fixed Input filter shorten/expand js always says 'shorten' after you click it once.
• Issue #2075431: Fixed Undefined variable: url in shorten_url().
• Issue #2316599 by todea: Use https for bit.ly.
• Fixed only the first shortened URL input field on the page can be auto-highlighted

Known issues

This is the last release of devshop with devshop_hosting-6.x-1.9-beta4, before the big environments refactor 6.x-1.9-beta4.

This release is actually mostly old code, this release was made to lock in the versions. We will use this release to test upgrades when we release the next alpha, which will contain a lot of features.

Adding build-devshop.make to this project so we can release devshop without having to re-release devshop_provision.

Finally removing build-devshop.make from devshop_provision.
