This release of Webform 6.x-3.x fixes several bugs. No new features in this version. Upgrading is recommended for all users of Webform 6.x-3.x.

This version incorporates all known bug fixes added on the 6.x branch since it exists.

Unless new bugs appear, it will become 6.x-1.0, which will be the final release of the module : there is no perceived need for it in Drupal 7 and even less so in Drupal 8.
