I wanted to bring people up-to-date on events that happened last night regarding drupal.org. I am paraphrasing most of this from an email our lead systems engineer here at the OSL sent me (he and his folks are working on).
First thing is first, there was no loss of data during this outage. The Drupal infrastructure is backed up on a nightly basis.
I published my localities module based on a MaxMind freeware database.

I do not have the time to maintain the flatforum theme, I passed the maintainer mantle to ayman. I had a CSS version ready for quite some time, but had no time to hammer it into a releasable state. Ayman did it real quick, and he told me that he will make a release this weekend. We also discussed that it'll be branched for 4.6. So, enjoy flatforum and hail ayman for it.
