Fixed SQL problem and other code clean. Added uninstall feature to cleanup variables.

Bug fixes as applied in last CVS versions plus correction of a syntax error

Development snapshot of the Drupal 5 branch of Beautify module. This will hold the latest code for 5.x.

Initial commit.

Attempts to fix #349257: patch to fix problem with cached pages.
May not work, because I'm testing for a different function, but I don't have a good way to test this anymore.

Changes since 1.4:

Fixed the variable names of the Google Checkout settings, so that the authentication keys will actually be used by the module.
