#345864 by mrMaze: Changing to document.ready instead of window.load. Now Shadowbox will correctly load when clicked before the page has finished loading.

Removed call to db_last_insert_id() in links.inc. That call
should have been (and now is) db_next_id().

Applied patch from issue #357437: Error: Link data not found to fix failure of
outbound link.

Releasing to beta since alpha seems to be stable and we've had no reported issues here. Beta release contains small fix to ensure multiple users can use scanner at same time.
