First release of avatar_selection module.

This module allows users to pick an avatar image from a pre-configured list instead of uploading an image or photo of themselves, when editing their account details. The administration screens allows authorised users to upload images which should appear in the avatar list. No images are provided with the module. It is recommended to keep all the images the same size.

Includes fix for .info file that was missing a quote. Please be sure to *configure* this module, by going to admin/settings/taxonomy-ticker, otherwise there is a mysql bug that happens. This will be fixed in the next release (but really, you should do the module configuration, there is no way around it!)
