comment_info 5.x-2.0-beta1

This is the beta version of the 2.0 release of the comment info module. This version adds jQuery and cookies as a second method to cache anonymous user information. The default method is still the users session. The jQuery method is compatible with page caching but will only work in browsers with javascript.
