i am looking to rebrand my website and have tried drupal myself but due to my workload i am looking for someone who might be able to get my site up and running.
Basically i am looking to have a site with flowplayer functionality, the ability for me to upload video content, update blogs and basic site maintenance etc.
i have a template of the website style i am aiming for.
Looking for someone to implement a theme/design. The site design is an image, the HTML/CSS will need to be written and implemented as a drupal theme. The site is currently a zen theme and functional. There will be approximately 15-20 pages although many of the elements will be shared between pages.
I'm looking for someone who is experienced in theming drupal and knows Views and how to set imagecache presets.

I would like to have an ecommerce site developed based around two templates - one for the home page, one for the other pages. (I developed my current site using Yahoo's site builder tool, but it won't let me create a real template, so if I want to change my header image, for example, I have to do it on every single page.)
I have created a mock up of what I would like the base pages to look like. And I want to be able to create and manage my own pages.
Summary:
I am building a site where people can buy buildings. The list of available buildings will be sent to a database from a CRM system along with things like images and floor plans. I want to be able to pull this info into drupal so that I can manipulate it.
