Drupal Work - Menu Access

Hi,

I want some menu access problem to be solved.

Situation:

I have a website in which users are allowed to see content only from those taxonomy terms, which they select at the time of their registration. This is done manually when a new user registers and select taxonomy terms. I am using "Taxonomy Access Control Lite (TAC_L)" to restrict users from viewing content of all taxonomy terms.

Problem:

Developer with experience on D7

I need to offload a D7 based site to an experience developer. I will define the scope of work for each module and how it interacts with the drupal core and contributed modules. Most of the modules developed or patched in this project will go back to drupal.org as contributed modules.

If you have experience developing for Drupal 7, contact me through the contact form with a list of your work and link to your drupal.org profile. I would like to see some code samples, so if you have summited patches on drupal.org, please include a link to the post.

Need help parsing a file and putting it into a database table.

I have a custom module that I had built that already works. I'm currently trying to build a 2nd module to do the same thing, but the input file is different. It's tab delimited instead of comma delimited. I can't seem to get it to parse at all.

I think there are only about 5-10 lines of code that it needs to get it to work.

Thanks.
