Paid Drupal services

Hi,
I have got a website which I have learned and built as I went along. I have recently added a forum and am now looking into changing the main site, so it all integrates and looks like one. I would like the main site to have the theme the portal and forum pages.
What sort of cost would this be to have done for me with Drupal? or what sort of a job would it be for a beginner like me!

I am looking at making a Drupal community site that involves horses. I already have the basic plan figured out however i am unable to properly make a good looking theme for this. Hello,

update to 5.x is requested for the e-commerce "coupons module/reusable coupons feature".

In particular:
- code for "reusable coupons" (a feature not available in the official "coupons" module) has been developed and contributed by an independent developer.
- code is for 4.7 - and is in production use
- needs update to 5.x
- and possibly minor refinement

I need to customize a theme for my drupal install and orient things like the home page to show 1 main video and smaller thumbs for 4 others.. something like that. I saw a few sites that appeared that way when the lullabot video talked about drupal 5 features.

I can help provide examples for the template, Ive already designed 2 looks for the site..

2 primary needs:
Taking source file ( png or psd ) and implementing look in a drupal template
Helping configure the site around displaying video, especially on the home page.
