Hi All,

We have a fresh install and I was attempting to apply some module updates. I put the site into maintenance mode and logged off....Ooops. When I go to example.com/update.php I'm told to edit settings.php. So, I RDP onto our Windows 2008 server, find settings.php, open it with Notepad++ and cannot save it!! Can someone please tell me how to sae changes to settings.php, even after I've unchecked Read Only for the file and for the parent directory?

So when I've put Google Analytics into Drupal in the past, I've just loaded it into the page.tpl.php file for the them I was using.

Ive decided to use Chameleon for a website I'm working on, and I am not familiar with this engine. What file is generating the </html> closing tag for this them? Just need to know so I can put the Google Javascript above it.

Hi to all, i have an issue with CSS background problem padding different on every assigned pseudo class for examp

.menu-path-front:hover, .menu-path-front a.active {  background-image:url(../images/menu-596.png); background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position: 0 0; height:60px; width:61px; color:#FFF; }

so when it hover background image is OK but when link is active then it goes padding once more.

I have an old site in Drupal 4.6.3 that is no longer being changed but should be kept published as an archive about past events. I need to move it to a new hosting service that no longer supports PHP4.x. Under PHP5.x, I get many error messages, most (maybe all) of which complain about "Unknown column 'n.nid' in 'on clause'" and/or "Column 'nid' in from clause is ambiguous".

I have several types of inscription managed by content profile and autoassign roles. Is it possible to define a specific way in just one single type of inscription and not only one for all?? I want to personalize the way when the user click on the button "creat a new account" (in the same page of username, email-address, password)

(using resolution « login destination » not available in that case)
