How to organize Drupal support requests

I'm managing, with other guys, Drupalitalia.org, the Italian Drupal community portal, which is very active and receives a lot of support requests.
Actually, we have organized forum module, and support requests are under several containers.
We would like to improve the way we can support users, by using a specific module (if exists) or creating a new one.

I was wondering if using project module could help me; do you have any ideas ??

thanks a lot !

how to display ip addresses of people who are online?

How can I display addresses of people who are online?

Module examples

It would be great if all the module descriptions include a link to a working example of the module (page where the module is being used). I'm an administrator and find it difficult sometimes to figure out exactly how and what these modules do. I don't like bugging my generous host too often to download various modules only to find out they're not what I'd envisioned.
Thank you to all the great developers!

placing dropdown expandable menus in box_grey top-nav container

I've recently (2/1/06) installed CivicSpace. I am using the box_grey theme (slightly modified through CSS). I want to place a top nav dropdown expandable menu under the header. There is a container where I can place them (top-nav, which is designed to house the Primary and Secondary nav links). I have installed Nice_Menus and have a main navigation block configured. But I cannot, after hours of trying, figure out how to get that block into the top-nav section of the page. I have tried every method I could find in these pages – to the extent I could follow them anyway.

Could I have some hints on what I need?

Hey dudes and dudettes,
I have a bunch of questions for you thus the ambious subject.
Umm, it's kind of long winded and unfocused - but I'm too tired to rewrite it, sorry

What are the links for attachements?

How can I make a link inside the node content to point to attachement?
I need some module, so it would be possible to make links like this

<a href="/[my-file.exe]">[my-file.exe description]</a>

or this

<img src="/[my-file.exe]">
