Drupal 4.5.x or older

However, I would like a discussion on this and to hear your feedback. Does this make sense and if so, are you all with or against this change?

I work with software usability and interaction, so I have great experience in this field. However, I am not a developer so I am not able to contribute the patch required for this change.

If anybody can, please be my guest and modify the bug report :)

I installed Drupal a couple of years ago, and really don't remember what version it was. So I never know where to look in the upgrade instructions. What's the first thing to do to find out?
