Module development and code questions

How to I create a menu similar to the one in the right of this page i.e one with main menus like "Advanced search", "Queues" etc and sub menu like "my issues", "pending bug" under "Queques". I want to display my categories in similar way.

I seems simple and basic, but I am not able to create anything which has sublevel.

For some reason, I can't seem to get my head wrapped around the Gmaps module and how it integrates with the location module. I have both installed, I have my Google Maps API key, etc.

I'm currently building a local music site which will display a number of different venues within a city. I'm going to allow users to submit new venues, and I'd like to display a Google Map along with the venue's information.

Hey, i`m new in the drupal world, and i dont have a FTP account, because my hosting its being provide for another institution so i dont have the facility to addit int hte drupal files, and i cant upload a flash animation by that way, so i wonder if theres already a module that can upload the flash animation.

I've noticed on http://leech.devseed.org/ that their aggregator displays the source name within the title of the aggregated posts. Does anyone know how they've done that?

I can't see how it's done with Views, so maybe I'm missing something obvious.

I want to basically have two products:

1 real shipping product

than the 2nd a donation that is paid via paypal and credits there account with points...

They can then use these points to get that product shipped to them.

they also gain points from posting pictures and what not. I got this to work. But the products are being tricky.

I have created a simple module which offers some simple helper functions unique to my website. One such function I am working on exports data to another website via URL parameters. This works great for about 95% of my users. However, there's a handful of users who get an "Access Denied" page when accessing this function.
