Module development and code questions

This must be already covered somewhere - but for the life of me, in all my searches I am not finding it.

Is there a module or setting that automatically converts website (www.somewebsite.com) into a linked URL. (www.somewebsite.com)

I am using custom fields to have people add their company's website, and it needs to show as clickable link on the website.

Just point me in the right direction... please.

I was wondering if this is possible because I have not seen this in any cms.

I want to have each section of the website to be accessible only if the user has the correct user level.

In order for a user to get higher user levels and access new areas on the website or do things like post in forums or add downloads, etc...
the user must answer a series of questions(a quiz) (1 question per page).

Each question can have unlimited answers. Each answer can be assigned a point value. So if the user answers a question wrong they still get points. The points can be shown in their profile and in a top score page.

Some configuration options could be to allow a series of questions to be only taken 1 time by each member or unlimited times.

The answers to each question must never be shown, so users cannot cheat by creating more accounts to enter answers.

So heres an example:

User "Bob" wants to enter the download section but does not have access required. Bob sees a message to take a quiz to get access. The quiz has 20 questions. Bob gets 12 out of 20 correct but he does not know this. A message is displayed at the end of the questions saying "Sorry you did not qualify for access". Bob received 12 points for his correct answers and that is added to his existing total. Bob moves up a few notches in the top scores page.

I've just installed TextImage for Drupal 5.x. I have configured it and installed some TTF fonts. But for some reason, the images created show only solid rectangles instead of the characters. I'm not using special characters and I've tried many fonts, even system fonts!

Could it have something to do with Freetype? Is there a way of updating it (my ISP is Bluehost)? Or am I just missing something really simple? My version of GD2 is compatible so I can't figure out what it could be!

I have never seen this online before (my request)...

I would like to be able to restrict areas on the website. Members may try to gain access by taking a quiz. The quiz can/could be configured to show questions one at a time. The users results determine if they can be allowed to enter (upgrades permissions?) If they fail then they cannot retake the quiz (if setting is set).

So each time a user passes a series of questions their level can increase or get points.

Each quiz can contain unlimited questions/answers.
