help in taxanomy

Hi guys.Well I want some help in taxanomy. I have a certain hierarchy for categorizing my products something like below
Agriculture
--Tobacco
--Cauliflower
Handicraft
--Bags

So I want the users to be able to select only the terms at the leaf not the parent ones like agriculture . Is it possible to do so
