Module development and code questions

I am a newbie to drupal community. So please bear with me if it's really a basic question.

When I use the attachments feature on a page, and later click on one of the attached pdfs, it opens in the same window. The only way for the user to get back to the site is by pressing the back button. This is undesirable, is there any way I can get these pdf attachments to open in a new window?

I have the GMap module installed and I am trying to all ow the ability for a user to grab a marker on the map and drag it to a new location.... I have searched all over this site and I can not find anything about enabling this feature of the google maps api... Has anyone accomplished this???

I want my form to dynamicaly update a select dropdown after a change of another one.
I've searched a lot about this: active select, dependant dropdown, #multistep...
I'm trying to do that with the ahah framework as aina in this topic : http://groups.drupal.org/node/2747#comment-10312
Does someone have an idea on how to do that with ahah?

I haven't really explored the audio modules that Drupal has, and I was wondering if anybody seen anything of this kind or anything similar:

Basically, the idea is that in addition to standard comments as typed up text, there could be a little voice recorder that would enable users to just speak what they have to say and thus submit voicemail messages, rather than having to type all of that up. And then others can just play/listen to the comments.

In effect, if becomes more like a real dialogue between people.
