Hi everybody, I'll try to explain my matter.

Who here knows how to configure the Video Module?

I am having trouble. I have found bits and pieces of information scattered about setting up ffmpeg, the ffmpeg helper, FlowPlayer.swf, and of course the Video module.

I would like to return the favor by providing detailed documentation for installation of all the components to make a working youtube type site.

On Drupal 4.7.4

embedded youtube videos show up fine until I log in, then the video loads, but I can only see the bottom of it, like it's hidden behind a blank page, log out and it's fine again.

any clues?

Is there a limit as to the length of a text content? I was posting a purely text content (about 4 pages of short bond sized word document) for a single post, and i was getting an error.

what seems to be the problem? is there a way to go about this without breaking it into several parts to post? is there a module for this?

Is there a simple way to create a scrolling images like the one on TheOnion.com? Look right under the main article it says 'Recent News', and the user can scroll the pictures and select which one to view/read....
