brain freeze on block display

Theme help

I am trying to get Ocadia to do the following:

A little help please

I am a salesman and construction worker and know little or nothing about Drupal. A friend set up my site and gave me a few instructions and now I am own my own trying to wing it with some success. I can add pictures, blocks, pages, webforms, and I can go into cPanel to upload stuff but just can't get into that front page.
