Theme development

I have a theme completed and ready to be added to drupal.org. I have CVS-write access, however I have no idea how to use this. I'm not sure how I can add the theme I would like to contribute. Could someone suggest and explain?

I'm using Drupal to build a podcasting site, and would like each show to have its own static page.

I am trying to figure out how to create rollovers and swap images in my template depending on what page you are on. Has anyone done this before?

I am a Drupal beginner and am wondering if there is any way to create a new block-tpl.php file for a specific block I would like to apply a custom style to?

I tried creating a block-custom-tpl.php file but do not see a way to connect it to the specific block.

I am attemping to zebra stripe my menu's with:

The code outputs as:

IMG_ASSIST: Teaser Thumbnail image --> Story Page Preview Size Image ?

Hello Drupal’ists….

Anyone know how to have a Story Teaser display the Thumbnail image, and then the Story Page for this Teaser, automatically display the larger Preview Size for this Image?
