Theme development

I have a multisite drupal, and I want to change the event calendar; but when I change event.css, the calendar change to all sites.

How do I have to make it so I can have diferent CSS for the event calendar of each website?

Is it possible with Views module to add as filter something like " display only the list of the nodes that belongs to the same category as the current node" ?

I know the fancy theme does something similar using tables (blocks will be uniform on this site). I do not want to use tables...

has someone a complete list of tags like:

print $breadcrumb or
and
print $messages
print $content;
print $feed_icons;
to build a template?
