Theme development

Is it very difficult to adjust the fixed width of the Minnelli theme? I want the center column / body a little wider, pushing the sidebars a little further out.

How is this done, what do I have to adjust? Is it one of the style.css files?

If I create a new PHPTemplate theme on Drupal 4.7, will I be able to use it on 5.0?
Will there be any conversion work involved?

My webhost is providing Drupal 4.7, but I'm hoping that at some point they'll upgrade me.

in ie it seems to work somewhat but in firefox completely messed up

I'm trying to use the following php code within a page but the URL pointing to both nodes is not correct when viewed by anonymous users. Instead of URL of each node pointing toward the respective node the URL for both nodes is the URL of the page that contains the code. Both titles and teasers are displaying correctly. Any ideas?

I've got a table that's being generated from the Views module, and I'd like to set the cellspacing to 0 for that table. Right now it just sets a basic table tag with no properties, classes, or ids. I've been digging through the code for Views and can't find where it writes this tag so that I can tweak the output. Anybody have any ideas or know where I should be looking?

I`m trying to use Garland theme and found a problem:
I would like to make a kinf of banner in the center of page - do you know a module/a trick to do it? I tried to do it using Logo - but don`t know how to center it (how to make it`s default position always in the center).
