I'm quite the Drupal Newbie (it is so freackin cool though!!) and my CSS/PHP knowledge is probably minimal at best as well :-) Anyhow, I'm trying to adjust a theme and I need to nest a table inside another table (i know tables are bad for site layout but that's what I can do ATM...). Whenever I put a table inside another table, the top line of the table becomes a solide white/gray line. This is visible ONLY in firefox and whether I have the border set to 0 or not.
After hours of troubleshooting I discovered this was only happening in my theme, so I started trying to narrow down the cause. I finally discovered that there is something inside of a CSS file doing it. The "system.css" is the offending file. If I comment out the < ?php print $styles ? > line and insert the styles from a view source after the page is rendered and then take out this line:
@import "/cms/modules/system/system.css";
My problem goes away.
Being such a CSS newbie I looked through it but I didnt see anythign that lead me to believe it would be messing with the top line of a table (only when that table is inside another table).
I made a picture with adobe illustrator and exported it to the web, after slicing it automatically using save to web feature
the table appears very fine when viewed alone, but when putting it in mission it appears distorted , although i made the css changes to the theme amadou mission area
can anyone help to keep my images clean , they appear assive they are saparated
