finding the comment moderation queue

hi,
this might seem like a stupid question, but where do i find the comment moderation queue? if i go to administer->content management->comments, i get the queue of all the published comments, but not the ones in moderation.
if i turn off submitting a comment without approval in the access control section, then submit a test comment, it doesn't turn up in the comments section. the comment is definitely unpublished, but i only know about it if i happen to go to the page where it was submitted.
am i missing something obvious here?
thanks

Which file do I go to to edit the links on the login? Instead of "Create New Account," I'd like it to say, "Sign Up."

Thanks,

building a complex frontpage

Hello

I am in charge of building a more-or-less complex frontpage for a local newspapper. I was checking at the modules and it seems Panels make the same as I would use regions, so I may not use it. However I'd like to know if Views would make what I need. The frontpage consist of 5 rows.

1st row has 3 cols: the first col will show 1 node title, second col will show 3 node titles and third col a poll
2nd row will

2nd row has also 3 cols: the first, second and third col will shown 3 node titles each ones.

etc.

Passes HTML and CSS validation but still won't display properly in IE7

Hi there, I cannot get my theme to display properly in IE7. It displays properly in Firefox 2.0. I've validated the HTML and the CSS and I've used Firebug extensively to no avail. I'm sure it's just a simple line in my HTML or CSS. I just can't seem to figure out which line it is. If someone could lend me an extra set of eyes for this I'd appreciate it. http://unions.genesisds.us/
