Theme development

Hi

I am having major problems getting a block to show in a custom theme.

It is a 'LatestNews' block that should appear on the lefthand side of every page (which is does in Garland admin theme) If i use Garland as the Site Building > Theme I can still see the block. However, when I use any other theme that is not Garland, I dont see this block in the left. Very frustrating as you can imagine.

Any ideas anyone?

I am using the theme stylized_beauty and want to make a few adjustments.

First, I want to give credit where credit is due, however the designed by __________________ links at the bottom of the page are annoying. I was wondering how to change the bottom tags to something more innocuous and subtle.

I was also wondering if it is possible to have this theme set up for a wider screen shot.

Hi, setting up a site currently using disk-based templates for my teaser view (with the aid of Contemplate), page generated with Views module. The teaser nodes are displaying from this code:

I have a multiple-value CCK imagefield as part of a View (multiple images inside the field).

What the Views Theming Wizard gives me for my imagefield is:

I can't create it in Drupal and maybe need to switch to Wordpress. Any tips for me to convert this theme to Drupal?

hi iam using garamond theme. the one u can download in the download section here. i disabled the primary link block in the block section but when i login as super admin i would still see that link above that says "Edit primary links". if u login as just a temporary user the link wont appear. it only appears on the super admin account. this is annoying. i looked into the page.tpl file and saw this under the header div :
