Theme development

Can anybody help with creating tabs for primary link in the Garland Theme used in d 5.5

I also what to theme the active tab differently, I figure once I have the tabs I will be able to figure out the CSS to do that. Unless someone haves a complete solution.

Hello,

I have created new menu from Admin panel, named "My Account" as an item of Secondary Menu.
Now what i have to achieve, this menu should not be visible until user get sign in.

please tell me how to achieve this.

I want to insert some of my own code to display a changing graphic in the right sidebar but I am having trouble finding where exactly the sidebar code is. I have no sidebar.php file anywhere that I can find. How do the sidebars get generated and where is the code so I can alter it? Can anyone help? I am reading the theme chapter in pro drupal development and it is of no help in explaining how to do such a thing. It says that $sidebar_right returns the html for the sidebar but doesn't bother to tell you where that html actually is.

How would I go about removing the left column in the Amadou theme for story pages?

I created a page-story.tpl.phpand removed the left column, but it does not appear to be making a difference.

Any ideas?

I installed the Garamond theme and am trying to customize it a bit. I replaced the default greenish circle logo in the upper left corner of the theme and replaced it with my own logo. I want to make the logo linkable to the homepage.
I know very little css and not sure what to change and where to change it to accomplish this. Can someone point out the steps?

I want to add a menu i created in the menu section. My menu is called Topmenu

How can i implent this menu inside my template (page).
