I am ready to jump in and gain facility using drupal as my personal CMS!

What are the best basic introductory Drupal 9 certifications and courses for me? Shorter would be better. I have a little experience with Drupal 7 and it was very confusing coming from a long-term Wordpress/blogging orientation. No need to answer why. I understand the problem and need a good drupal training. Drupal 9 is current but since this is personal, make the argument for drupal 10 but the training and cert is key for me also.

I have install group 8.x 1.3 module
Home > username >> Content >> Add >> Group membership

Proposed resolution

Id should be replaced with the group name.
Home > [Group name] >> Content >> Add >> Group membership

What should I create blocks for Layout Builder based on ?

Custom block types ? Paragraph types ? Extends Layout builder kit ? Self developed custom blocks ? or another one ?

I'm confused because there are many options and I'm not sure what is prefer.  :_(

Would you tell me how do you do that and why, or tell me a kind of best practice what you believe ?

I created a Views page with the following path to replace the default "Profile" module page for my "projects" profile type:

    /user/ID/project/list

You have to click on "Projet" to display the profiles.

With the default page I have this display :

I have a web page running in drupal7, I would like to turn it into a marketplace, is it possible to do that? This is the page.
Please I would like to know if it is possible to do that in drupal 7
