Weedtracks.com is fully functional

Overcoming many hurdles, we are, I believe, the largest web host exclusively dealing in Weed files, for your 3-free-play pleasure. This batch of songs are a distribution from CD Baby's Digital Distribution program, and covers an incredible variety of music.

Here are some of my favorites: (and I do tend to the less ordinary) xj5000, The Tom Smiths, Open, Modern Sleeping, The Alpha Rhythm, The Other Ear, Speaker Junkies, U. Kay Hytz, Psi Vamp, Pine Tree State Mind Control, Unichrom, OzTronix, and Ragani

Moshe Weitzman gets credit and large thanks from me for scaling our previous ShareNewYork.com system with 600 or so songs into Weedtracks toping out at 75,263. Artists will have individual IDs so they can log in and add text descriptions (and eventually, more) to their songs, albums, and artist pages. They also get blogs of course, and forums that fans can write into. We want to be the favored place that artists point people to preview and buy their music online.

kdedevelopers.org

I was driving along the information highway and noticed that kde developers (http://kdedevelopers.org) are using drupal to collaborate. The design isn't anything jaw dropping but kde is pretty cool.

NetworkWorld.com Community

We wanted to unify our blogs and forums on a single platform. Nothing particularly unique about the design - except it shows you can have a bluemarine-themed site that doesn't look anything like the default template :-). I'll be using the Blog Theme module a lot for staff-written blogs, so I've gotten quite familiar with the PHP include command (so I can have all the template sets working off one style sheet for example; but it also lets me pull in static SSIs from the rest of our non-PHP site, such as our standard header and footer).

New theme: Baheyeldin.com

Hello all Drupallers.

The Baheyeldin Dynasty web site has been online since 1999, going through several iterations over the years. It started with simple plain HTML, then a rudimentary home brewed PHP CMS. It went live on Drupal on January 2, 2004, with a modified style of Bluemarine. When 4.5 came out, it was switched to Pushbutton. With 4.6, it was switched to phptemplate Pushbutton, until today.

I have relaunched my web site using a brand new custom designed theme.

Architects site using Drupal

I used Drupal for the creation of an architect's website (http://www.daxarchitektur.ch/) and I must say, that I'm really happy with the way Drupal has let me do this. It's nothing very exciting design wise, but I think it's a good example for an other non-community-based website. The administration of the website had to be very easy, as the architects wanted to be able to change stuff theirselves and create new projects, so I had to re-translate and simplify the interface quite a lot!

gamesforjunkies.com went live yesterday, running drupal!

I just went live with my site yesterday at http://www.gamesforjunkies.com and I could use some constructive criticism. Drupal has been a dream to work with. We focus on gaming deals, sales, and coupons. Let me know what you guys think!
