I feel that there is one important feature is missing from Drupal. Please tell me I'm wrong, and it indeed can be done!

Users reading through content need to constantly go back to the main page to read nodes, which increases bandwidth usage unnecessarily. I wish there were "previous post | next post" links for users to navigate between promoted content.
