Is there any good chat module in which site admin knows who is chatting and what they are chatting.

I created one more input field for email on registration page using cck. I want user to get mails on both the mailids.

I created the content type in drupal and I want whenever user create the content for that particular content type It should be approved first.

This is strange problem for me. This is happening only for one pages.

After login i am editing something and if you logged out and com at that url its showing admin menu. But if i click on those it says "Access Denied". Is this something permission problem for that URL? or page specific caching problem?

Please suggest.
