Can someone point in the direction of how to change the layout of the content creation pages. I'd like to do the following, if it is not too difficult:
- Reduce the amount of white space
- Move the things I seldom change to the bottom (authoring info, options, user comments)
- Put a submission button at the TOP of the screen.
- Reduce the size of the description.
Basically, I'd like to make it all fit in the smallest space possible, so I don't have to scroll down.
I would like to add a link to add my site to Bloglines and have it show up with the XML icon in the Syndicate block. Where is the file that I can edit to add that to the Syndicate block? Thanks.
I can't find the setting to stop users from seeing that "Options" box on the right when they are entering into a blog or forum. I've read help too, but cant find it. It was even on as default till I found the option to change that.
I am attempting to use a third party log analyzer that requires a small PHP code to be inserted into each page that is to be counted.
In order for this to work, I need to know in what PHP file to insert the code. I use a theme that uses XTEMPLATE and also have friendly URLs enabled. The third party analyzer does not allow URL parameters.
People have been having problems posting to my site, I don't know why. My boyfriend, who is on the computer right behind me, attempted to post a response to a comment a few minutes ago. When he did, it didn't post correctly. When he refreshed the page, it was all gone. The log says:
