How can I make tagging with my drupal version 4.6.3?.

I installed the Send module and its prerequisite, the mimemail module, and I believe I've configured Send correctly in both Settings->Send (where I just kept the defaults), and in Content->Configure->Default (where I enabled sending pages, polls, and stories). However, when I try to send a test page, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: flood_is_allowed() in /home/calteen/public_html/modules/send/send.module on line 325

Any idea what is up with that?

I want to add a link to the menu for the front page (basically the site root). But I can't get it to work. I can't leave the entry blank, and when it's looking for a drupal link as it assumes a "?q=" format. Is there an internal q= link for the front page?

Hello Everyone,

My web site is guitarculturereview.org and in the upper right you can see the phrases "Why This Project?"
and "Mission Statement". How do I turn these into active links that lead to other pages where I can discuss these issues. The learning curve on Drupal seems steep to this novice please help. Any other suggestions for sprucing up the site are welcome also.

How do I get forum images (like the new post, sticky post icons, etc) to show up? In the forums configuration, I typed 'misc' in the path, and I don't see any of the images. This is a relative path, correct?

How do I change forum's taxonomy ID from e.g. 1 ("forum" vocabulary) to 2("catalog" vocabulary)?
