Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

TinyMCE not working

After trying HTMLArea and fckeditor I wanted to try TinyMCE after all the great reviews I read of it.

The install was smooth, transferred the files, created the tables in the .mysql file, enabled the module, and editted the settings in the admin panel.

Just for testing I created a single profile, enabled tinymce for all roles and in all textareas, however none of the textareas display any buttons at all.

Also, htmlarea and fckeditor modules are disabled.

I do not get any error messages, just no editor.

phpBB question - but not the kind you're expecting!

I know questions have been asked before about modules that would integrate phpBB with Drupal, and I fully understand that it is more beneficial for developers to improve Drupal's own forum module instead. That being said, I need to use phpBB for my site, and I want to know if there is a way to keep the primary links navigation bar on the top of my screen with the phpBB forums below. It would be much easier for the user because they could navigate back to the main part of the site. I am using the Slash_blue theme. Thank you.

Main content being pushed down in IE

If you open the following link in IE (I use 6) and resize the page smaller, the middle content gets pushed way down:

I've been trying to figure this out for some time now, but it's still a problem.

There are a couple of solutions on this post: http://drupal.org/node/26743 but not enough for me to follow how they fixed the problem.

One solution was:
