So say I have a menu and taxonomy structure that is like above. When I click on "Pictures" it nicely summarizes the image gallaries - how many pictures are in each, last updated, etc. But when I click on "writings" it says that there are no entries, but if I click "poetry" it lists out all of the entries with the "poetry" term assigned to it.

I am working on a site for a baseball team. One of the features they want is a "From the GM" block, which will basically be thoughts and or comments from the general manager. My question is what is the best way to have him/her be able to update this block?

Should I create a custom content type? If I do that, how would I make it so only that type will appear in that block (From the GM)?

Just beginning here....Is it possible for the notify to mail out complete nodes instead of the links to them?

Probably the wrong thing to do being a newbie but in my excitement I installed 4.7 rc. Was so enticed by the newness. So I keep running into bugs and I see the team working diligently at fixing them.

I run the patches but still have the problem such as
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: node_validate_title()

when I try to start a poll.

I knew it would be a matter of days before someone put their 3mb picture in the profile! how do I restrict the size or is there a script to automatically resieze their pic?
and the $1,000,000 question....
why do old people do this all the time!?!?

I'm having trouble linking to a URL in my menu, and have narrowed the problem down to an "&" in the URL which is part of a query.

The first problem is that any Path with an "&" has base_url prefixed. The second is that the query isn't handling "%26" properly.
