Post installation

I'm getting the following errors whenever I try to do a string search for locale strings:

Could someone explain how the code for generating
the social bookmarking buttons for Technorati, delicious Digg etc
like this blog

Getting seriously confused about what the difference between a primary link, a secondary link, a menu, a menu item, a navigation is etc...I've looked at the documenation but it seriously sucks. Also confused about the difference between what e.g. an administrator sees, and an 'anonymous' person. Where is this all controlled? What does 'restrict parent items to' mean? I have two primary links, clicking on one brings up "list" and "add vocabulary" tabs, but clicking on the other brings up "list" (list what?), "add menu" and "add menu item" tabs - why are these two primary links different?

Can they? I think not, but I just want to be certain. I've taken this new poll version http://drupal.org/node/51561 for a drive and the delete function is not there. Can anyone confirm my being right or wrong on this?

How to show attachemnts which are images as inline images and disallow images of more than certain pixel say 500 pixel width ??

Some module is there I guess but not finding it for 4.7

i was recently posting something to my blog in FULL HTML. the posting contained some images that i linked to using just the img tag. Everything showed up fine as usual but when i looked at the same posting in a taxonomy section instead of the home page, none of the images showed up...

any ideas ?
