I'm wondering how I would create a front page like the one on this site:

I really have no idea but would love to do this for a gallery, so that the gallery image goes to a page with more info.

I am using Drupal 4.7 (and the CCK module... although this may not be relevant)

I decided, having created a few content-types with the CCK module that I could work out the table structure and add a few objects directly to the database. So I added hundreds of rows but although I can see those objects in the admin interface, when I try to view them it says "access denied".

The uid and status are set to "1"

Hi i'm new to Drupal and looking to create a system where users can only post content depending on the amount of points they have. I'm using the userpoints module to define points and have seen the following information, but unfortunally it goes over my head. Would anybody be able to exlain what this means and how it would work in practice.

I have two levels of weirdness going on and suspect I haven't been singled out for special treatment.

If I edit my para control in styll.css Internet Explorer obeys it, Firefox ignores it.

Firefox indents the first line. IE doesn't.

I have two problems related to one Drupal 4.6.8 based site:
1) Hour of logs isn' accurate. Logs indicates 7 hours more than present.
2)The navigation system like
First page, Previous page 1 2 3 4 5 Next page Last page.
includes more pages that should be.The last pages are empty of list content.
Please help.

I installed Google Sitemap module on Drupal 4.7. While I could successfully send Google Map to Google (as I understand from adminster/logs, Google seeems to get an 404 error (as I understand from Google's web interface).

The problem is that while the sitemap is accessible at http://example.com/?q=gsitemap , it isn't at http://example.com/q=gsitemap .

I don't use clearn URL or path auto

Is there a way to solve this issue?
