Post installation

After having a nice July4th weekend I just loaded my site and noticed that the all the content is gone. Every area of the site where I added nodes (around 2,300) vanished.

I logged into Admin and noticed this message, over and over again, a few thousand times, with each message less than a second apart from the next:
Can't open file: 'node.MYI' (errno: 145) query: S

I have a problem with uploading files. There is timeout for 30 seconds. How can i increase this up to 1 minute?
>> fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in \index.php on line 12

I'm quite new to Drupal and I was wondering how a thing such as this can be done.

Here's my sidebar menu:

Authors
-1 (url: authors/1)
--1.1 (url: authors/1/1)
--1.2 (url: authors/1/2)
--1.3 (url: authors/1/3)

My question is, how do I get the content of 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 show up inside 1?

Bascically, 1 will contain a short description of that author and right after it the content of 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, much like a blog.

Lo all, got an issue!

We're had our install of drupal up a month or so now and have been playing with it on and off.

However, just today, i've realised that we can no longer add users. We can't do it from the admin panel, or through just self registering.

The module is still there, it looks fine, but when you click register, it simply returns "The User configuration options have been saved".

And i can assure you that they havent!

Watchdog registers nothing at all, its just not doing anything at all, other than returning those words.

i just have big problem with multilingual drupal (using i18n). The problem is, i need to have one node available under more languages, for example:

http://my.site/en/node-foo-bar
http://my.site/cz/node-foo-bar

The content for nodes will be the same, just a language for menus, blocks, etc. will change depending on url. I created taxonomy with undefined language, hoping it will solve my problem, but:

I was wondering how do I make the primary links have a sub level? I have more linux and windows links than what would likely display properly. I'd like to make the primary links basically be "windows" and "linux" and when someone clicks that they get a list of sites. Is it possible to do that? I know in 4.6 I could use the menu editing to make lower levels. I can't seem to do that with this. It demands a URL which it doesn't need if it's a menu title. I am using the Voodoo Dolly theme for anyone curious which one I'm trying to get to do this.
