I'm pretty new with PHP and mySQL, I'm trying to figure out how to write a PHP snippet that can display the latest links starting with a certain letter from a certain content type... I checked out the current Drupal PHP snippets and found the one that can display links based on content type, but I don't know how to change it.
For example: I need all "stories" who's node titles with the letter A.
I have just installed Drupal and I love it! I now would like to have another site for my dad on the same install as mine, just in a sub-domain of my sub-domain (I am "isaac.acespace.co.uk", i want him to be "tony.isaac.acespace.co.uk"). I have created the sub-domain, and renamed the "default" folder in "/sites" to "isaac.acespace.co.uk", and added a folder "tony.isaac.acespace.co.uk" which has it's own configured settings.php file (for it's own DB) and a "files" folder...
I use MeCommerce ad system on my site. This system sells books to US residents only and their ad block has no value for residents of another countries.
Can I somehow show the ad block (usual Drupal block) only to the visitors with US-based IP addresses?
