Post installation

Hi everyone
I have a situation that is hard to explain, and I have done a fair bit of trawling through the documentation here at Drupal.org for an answer. When creating a node with an attachment, using my computer (XP sp2, Firefox or Explorer 6) I can do this without any problems with filesizes up to 5MB. So can quite a few other people, either using my or their own login to Drupal.

VPN modify page problem.
I administrate one Drupal 4.6.8 site.
Apache run on 8872 port.
I have one page with TinyMCE edit control module.
One user can modify this page only it is in same city.
From 300 miles the same user can change his password but he can't modify that page.
Please help.

Hi,
I'm using drupal 4.7 with paging module (cvs).

It works fine, but the page numbers are on the bottom of the page. I'd like to put in on the top of the page, somehow before the div with node id, the best were to put them somehow before tabs. (There have I a title div, and I hope to put the paging - if it's necessary - near this title.)

I think, it's possible to make it through template.php and page.tpl.php, but I don't know, how.

Hi, I just upgraded from shared hosting to a virtual dedicated box with a multi-site install (woohoo!). Anyway, the new box didn't come with GD2 support for image module. I included the image.imagemagick.inc file and all seems to be working well.

A) I was wondering what the difference was between the two?

B) Does one or the other cause a performance hit? One might thing imagemagick does, as its an .inc and not compiled in, but is that the case?

Is there a way (with at least possible module code hacking) to add 'add image' functionality to drupal comments?

I just installed Drupal 4.7.2 and cannot find any option to set the user creation to admin only. I've searched on this topic and posts have said to go to admin > settings > users. That option does not appear under my settings area. There is administer > users, but again, no option to disable user registration.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am new to Drupal. Thanks!
