Post installation

I've had a look at the tables in phpmyadmin, but I haven't got a clue what I need to be doing. It seems like it should be really, really simple though, so I'm hoping someone can help.

I have a vocabulary called "Foyers" (vid 2) which contains around 150 terms. I know that copying these terms defeats the point of taxonomy somewhat, but regardless I would like to copy all of these terms to a new vocabulary, which I will call "Directory".

Since I really don't fancy manually entering 150 terms again, if anyone knows what I need to enter, you'd absolutely make my day.

I've just posted a mod so that the Minutes Module can be group aware. In other words if an event is for a group then only it's members will be listed as attendees, if it's not a group event then all members of the site will be listed. See http://drupal.org/node/70740

This seems to be a simple problem I would think. But for some reason whenever i post something in CCK it isn't posting a teaser. I will post and it wont even say read more (this is what happens when you set 400 characters and go over but put no paragraph spacing between even though it will show you the whole story). My teaser settings are set to 400 characters, but for some reason this doesnt apply to cck. I think this is an easy problem maybe im overlooking something? If anyone could help i would be greatly appreciate, or if they knew a hack or a way to get around this.

The last couple of weeks, I'm getting some strange error messages on my drupal installation:

1) Description : 'main(./includes/xmlrpc.inc) ['
Message : main(./includes/xmlrpc.inc) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/106/sdc/3/0/iacp/drupal/xmlrpc.php on line 11.

I have a bunch of photos that I need to access with the imagefield of cck. I directly put them into the files table and then updated the appropriate fields in the node_content_schools table. I worked beautifully except that the fid sequence is off when you input new files using the normal upload of the imagefield widget.

Any suggestions on how to keep the fid sequence updating properly would be greatly appreciated.
