What other resources are there( message boards, email lists ...etc) for drupal users. I remember somewhere reading that there is an active listserve of somekind. Is that true?
Hi, I'm using the Andreas01 theme, which is great, except that some of the input fields are too wide and slop over into the right sidebar. I know I can edit the contact module, but surely there's a cleaner way to do this.
I have used this thread and this thread to sort out my textareas. So thanks everyone for that.
I've tried fooling around in the CSS, and seem to have fixed everything except these 3 fields.
If I want to add content that others can't comment on, nor delete, how can I go about this. For instance I want to have a history page, finanacial page etc. that adds some content and will always be there for both anonymous users as well as logged in users. Would this simply be under content>> add a page? How could i make sure that this page is there in the top level navigation?
2) How can I get rid of the link " edit primary links" which shows up on every page view while logged in or not?
Anyone know the best way to convert HTML to Word / PDF /Excel ? I wrote a module to use Stellent in Drupal to mass convert all my Microsoft Word / Excel / PDF docs into HTML (while retaining images, storing them on the server.) Works like a charm!
HOWEVER, converting HTML (with images) to Microsoft Word / Excel / PDF is proving to be much more difficult.
I can't just do a 'Save As Doc' from HTML because the image links become broken. Doesn't Word embed images as bitmaps?
I enabled user images and uploaded a default image. Now, user images show on every node type: news, blogs, etc. Actually, I only want user pictures to show on blog entries. How is the best way to do this?
