Post installation

Since I made the upgrade from 4.6 to 4.7, I have somtimes, and only sometimes, errors similar to this in the logs :

I use drupal 4.7 and ecommerce 4.7
Clean URLs enabled
Link "add to cart" look like http://mysite/cart/add/number?destination=
But for example here http://drumbeatinsight.com/ link "add to cart" look like

/cart/add/number without ?destination=

Where a problem?

I have found after installing the Sympal book menu module, and when I click on a link that it has created in the menu for a book page, there are no edit tabs at the top of the page (address is /book_menu/#/#) If i navigate to the page at its usual address (/node/#) the edit tabs are still there.
Is this a feature of the module? or have I set set it up badly?
This module otherwise does exactly what, so would really like to get it working.

Hi all. I am very new to website admin and have just finished installing drupal onto my site. when i go to the index.php page the pictures do not load and when i try click on the link that says that i need to make the first account i get this error:

Access Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /~1137746.1208288//cgi-bin/ on this server.

What is this, why is it happening and most importantly, how do i fix it?

Is there anyway to combine video and audio into a single node, and where people can subscribe to the videocast and/or podcast.

Take a look at http://marshillchurch.org/sermonseries/vintagejesus/default.aspx to see how they kind of grouped the audio, video, and notes together...

You'd probably have to create a custom module but I wanted to see what people thought about it.

I am finding this problem

I have added og groups in and again again am getting this error , people are not able to see profiles when they are coming from og refereral links

i have seen the permissions in access control and access user profiles its open for all including anoynomus to see the profiles , dont know still getting this
