i do get a nice list of useful modules for the taxonomy-stuff.

Especially Taxonomy_otf, Taxonomy_association, Taxonomy_menu and Taxonomy_multi-edit are interesting for me.

I have a question about the signup module. The sign up form only shows fields for name and phone. At minimum I was hoping for an email field as well. Where did I go wrong, The docs seem to indicate and email field will be available.

I started 3 groups. Now authenticated user can write in each group. How can I prevent this ?

I would like to show a part of the content of a node in a block, but I found no solution.

I’m working with the footnote-module. This module places the footnotes at the end of the text.
In the page.tpl.php file with the help of string-operations I’m able to extract this list of footnotes from the $content variable and to generate a new global variable $ListOfFootnotes.

I'm using organic groups and will have many groups on my site. After a group is created, I need an automatically generated code to appear for the group's owner so that he/she can provide it to potential group members. This unique group code can then be entered on the registration form to automatically add a user to that group. I do not want all of the groups to appear on the registration form because there will be too many and I don't want users to have to figure out which group is the right one.
