Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

TinyMCE insert Link not available

I have had tiny MCE working at a site for sometime. It aoppears that it has stopped working for adding new links. If you edit an existing link it works fine but the button to allow you to add a new stays dim until you are over an existing link. I checked user privileges and tinyMCE permissions and everything seems okay. Any help would be appreciated. I am running 4.6.

Flexinode issues with image upload field

Hi all.

I have installed Flexinode, CCK and Contemplate in order to allow our content authors to create content in a prescribed format. Progressing quite well, the only issue I have is this: I have added an image field for authors to upload biog thumbnails, the field is a required field, and when I try to submit with a link to a valid thumbnail image on my local machine, I get this error message in red:

'Author Thumbnail field is required'

The user has file upload permissions so not quite sure what's happening here? Any suggestions?

TinyMCE instalation problem

I have installed Drupal 5 from scratch and am trying to get the TinyMCE module to work. I have followed the brief instructions in the INSTALL.txt but TinyMCE does not appear on text boxes. I have enabled it through the administer>modules. I have set it to FULL and BOTH.

Any ideas? I seem to recall user permissions having to be setup, but this is not mentioned in the INSTALL.txt/

Views module for viewing users?

Is there a way to make a sortable list of users with the views module, instead of listing nodes?

Input format disappears on custom form

The input format selector disappears on my custom form, and all html is being stripped from the input. How can I control what input format I want for the form?
