Post installation

i have installed drupal 5.0, create the first account. and when i created a page and promoted it to frontpage, the default page was still there.

How do I add taxonomy terms to a story?

I've upgraded my site to 5.0 and installed the 5.0 version of OG and CCK, including CCK field perms. Then all content disappeared from pages without admin login, so I tried to fix it, changing the CCK field perms (probably stupid move). Then I found some texts about OG permission system and its bugs in 5.0. Now I would like to manually fix the permission tables, but I don't know which ones to fix. I am fluent in MySQL and PHP, so just please point me to correct tables to fix/fill with data.

I am looking to display the logged in user's picture above their name in the navigation block.

I'm using a theme based on box-gray. Currently the logged in user's name appears above the main navigation block. I would like the user's avatar to appear directly above it. User's who are not logged in would see the anonymous avatar.
