Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

User Registration Display Problem

I upgraded from 4.7 to 5 and it was a smooth transition except for the user registration screen. The text for the registration screen is not being displayed at the top of the page. To see what I mean check out my site http://www.irwinresources.com/user/register

I imagine that I will need to change the code of the user module to get this working the way I want which is my custom text at the top of the page.

How should I go about this

I am making a website about traveling in Thailand.

My website will have extensive information about each city in Thailand and also a big user section with full on community features.

Ive already figured out that I will need to use CCK to create a new 'city' page content type. Each city page will have several text boxes where I will fill in information. I will also have other custom content types like Hotel/restaurant/attractions/etc. Each of these custom content types will have a city associated with them. So I will add a new "attraction" of "White water rafting" and associate it with the city "bangkok". Each city page will need several views imbeded to show all of these extra pages.

So a city page will display
-My custom text that I inserted while adding the city
-A hotels view that pulls in all hotels in the current city
-A restaurant view with similar features
-An attractions view with similar features

How can I set this up? I can figure out how to create these custom content types but the thing I dont understand is how to create a city page that will automatically filter these views to only display content for the current city. I understand how to filter a single view to display content but not when working within CCK. Does this make sense?

Admin > Settings oddity

Just recently I've started having a problem (like I just noticed it today).
When I click on settings under admin I get an error saying, "The built-in imagick image toolkit requires that the imagick module for PHP be installed and configured properly. For more information see." I do have ImageMagick installed on the server but not imagick. I can't find good install instructions on how to get it running on OS X.

Which is the BB Code module?

I'm sure I had a BBcode module but I can't find it now. Was I just imagining?

Is there any way to choose the blocks to display by page?

I want to be able to choose which blocks are displayed on a page by page basis. Has anyone been able to do this before?

I know how to display custom blocks on a theme by theme basis, but creating a distinct theme for each page I want to have (even if it is with symlinks) would be very cumbersome.

I suppose I could modify the template to not include the right sidebar, and then include the blocks I want in the content of the page, but I'd prefer a much more elegant solution if possible.

TinyMCE + IE7 = JS Error + Pop-ups go behind text box

Drupal 4.7
BlueBreeze theme
TinyMCE Module - 4.7.x-1.x-dev
TinyMCE v209

With IE7 TinyMCE editor boxes: Links, Images etc. either do nothing or show up behind the text area where you cannot access them.

On page load in IE7 I get the error icon in the staus bar with the following:
Line 2
Char 5089
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: http://northbrookvelodrome.ord/node30/edit

With Firefox or IE6sp1 all is well.
